After sale services about products.

Hey every time we talk about quality about products, How it works? How to use it? But apart from it we start to talk about services of brands like : Customer service, After sale service... IF you girls have any experience after sale please share.

This is a good question. I have never received a call or email follow up on a sale or consult. That being said, when I worked for Lancôme over 10 yrs ago, counters maintained a customer profile book and we were supposed to follow up on consults and to remind them of up coming GwP's and PwP's. Yet most of the time we never did. It became more of sales oriented business then an customer service one.
