hi! What can you recommend for the best base for makeup?

I would go for a primer...
I am guilty, I don't always use a primer, just when I am going somewhere special and I need my makeup to last all night long.
I also have a habit of recommending primers designed for oily skin because they really work hard at preventing the makeup from sliding off the the panel. This is where the most movement happens on your face...think about it, smiling moves the eyes and mouth. Chewing and talking moves the chin mouth and nose. So, yes, my advice is go for something that will stick even if it is just on the T panel.
As with everything, I have made notes and put it together in one place
