What would you consider a fair rate to pay a makeup assistant for a bridal party of 13 people in the Chicagoland area? I would be prepping faces (cleanse, moisturize, prime, pin back hair, cape, etc), cleaning brushes, keeping work area clean, keeping track of time, etc. I was also asked to bring my own kit just in case, "and possibly be ready to pull off a full look or two."
