Not as bad as the fact that I already bought two of them!  What is this "no buy" of which you speak?

I'm weirdly in love with the short handled brushes that come with lip tars. That 4 mini kit is so awesome and would make a great gift for any make up junkie! I have all those shades already but memento. I wish it came with a mini clear though!! Anyway, I hope the person I get has never tried occ So I can spread the love :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> Also!! I posted in the other the sales/coupons thread that Kohls is selling the Balm and they have 3 Instains for $34 -- it would be a great blush set to piece out!

OMG... if I lived anywhere near Sephora (or indeed where it ships) I would be buying if for my secret.... self Santa

I love the give me some lip kits. I already broke down and bought it for myself, and I bought last year's when it came out too. I hadn't seen the gimme more lip kit before though! *plots*

It is on my list too.

I've been wanting to try out those Stila Lip Glazes, and those would break up so nicely (and only a little over $3 a piece!).

Can't wait to see what the Black Friday sales will be this year.

All of those are in my Sephora basket for weeks now!

I bought the Superstars kit for myself.. going to buy the mascara one for mom and sister!

I love all of the kits they have right now. I can't wait to see what black friday sales come up. I'm actually off black friday this year... and I plan to hit ulta at least!

And I hope you're my SS!

I was thinking about buying the mini set but I'm trying SO HARD to not buy myself things until after Christmas & my birthday.

I really want to try the liptars but I'd have to order on line as there are no local stockists and that seems like a bad idea for the first order. I like to see colours in person for things lipsticks.

Hahaha that cracked me up. I purposely did not start shopping for my secret santa yet because I would buy too much for myself. Waiting until black friday and until our vacation. So what's the go-to store in Australia?

Let's see, there are places like Myers and David Jones that have beauty departments but they tend to only have the high end brands (think Chanel, Dior, MAC, Bobbi Browm, Lancome, YSL, Shisedo) and oddly Revlon which has managed to market themselves as high end in Australia. They charge upwards of twice what the same products cost in US/UK once you do exchange rate conversions and have a limited range. OPI retails for $20 for instance. Priceline is the equivalent of CVS/Walgreens - think Revlon, Maybelline, Covergirl, L'Oreal and a few other local equivalent level brands. The best specialist cosmetics store is Mecca Cosmetica but it's still very inflated prices and a quite low range of brands. They do have NARS though. And then individual brands that are quite good (like Napolean Perdis) sell all over the place at randomm locations, like at my local chemist/drugstore along side the ibuprofen and body washes?... weird.

Some brands are pretty much impossible to get; OCC, China Glaze, MUFE, Stila are all on my quick dash list to get to whenever I travel to a Sephora!

Hence I shop a fair bit on beautybay.com and sasa.com!

That sounds interesting. I always love to try out makeup from different countries. Don't forget to mention which brabds you want to try on your secret santa wish list!
