Covergirl clump crusher mascara has always been a staple of my beauty bag. Been using it for four years now.

I just discovered Anastasia Brow Wiz and I have never been happier with my brows.

I'm also really digging Yes to Grapefruit CC cream in light for a tinted moisturizer, and Mary Kay @ Play eye pencils (I think they sell them as eyeliner, but they remind me of the MUFE aqua shadow pencils.)

Annnnd NYX lipsticks. AMAZING.

New here! My current stars in my daily lineup are:

IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Redness under my foundation

Tarte Amazonian Clay Airbrush powder foundation in Fair Honey (with the little brush, LOVE that brush)

L'Oreal Color Caresse lip gloss--supposedly a dupe formula-wise for the YSL glossy stains--in Lilac Ever After

IT Cosmetics Tightliner Mascara Primer, which I use as my only mascara. I love the wispy effect it gives.

And I am completely devoted to Fresh Sugar lip balm. I got the mini set as my Sephora Birtgday gift last year and was really hoping it was overhyped, but I fell hard. Must have it, all day every day.

I feel this exact way about the fresh lip balms. LOVE them!!

It's a drugstore-ish, but Sonia Kashuk Eye on Neutral Palette.

First I wanted a NAKED, but I wouldn't use the shimmery shades, then I wanted the LORAC Pro, but then I wouldn't use the shimmery shades, the Eye on Neutral is allllll matte and Iiiiiiiii love it.

I've also been loving the NYX wonder pencil for my waterline on my lazy tired days to help me look more alert.

I can't go a day without my Hourglass Luminous light powder and Dim Light. Seriously amazing! It's my inner glow in a compact.

I also can't be without my Le Metier de Beaute concealer and dermablend Smooth Indulgence foundation.

    • No, it does not affect my self-esteem either way.  Tbh I feel most confident when I'm not wearing makeup.  Perhaps makeup application can be seen by many women as a form of self-care but it's actually more hygienic not to wear it often (sounds weird but it's true), and imo women are coerced into its application by jobs, other women, and men.  Women are pressured to perform femininity or they will be met with violence, which doesn't stop at makeup application (which is a skill not an art form).
    • Week 2 of my new plan, with my new concept of time as two mini work weeks (Mon-Wed and Fri-Sat) and two mini weekends (Thursday and Sunday). I think this will help with not getting as tired during the work week or bored during the weekends. Being bored during the weekends leads to spending on shopping or eating! I like the new plan so far.  I finished my full sized Yves Rocher White Botanical Cleanser. That's the White Botanical Cleanser and Toner done, and a few days of Cream left. The goal for the rest of July is to use that cream up along with one pack of 20 face cleansing cloths.  I have a nine month supply of cleanser and cleansing cloths to finish.
