I never really wear makeup because it irritates my eyes or I forget I'm wearing it and rub my face into hell, but I do have dark under eyes, and a few blemishes on my face and recently got a job at a clothing store so I want to keep my face in check, haha. I was wondering what kind of makeup I should/can buy from a drugstore that will match my skintone, and my eyes.
Also, what are some different casual/"natural" everyday makeup styles I can use for my face?
Also if you can point me in the direction of makeup that won't smudge (like the Milani I think "Infinite" Liquid Eyeliner), in pencil form that'd be great too.

I have tan/yellow skin, and dark brown eyes, my eyebrows are pretty thick, but they hide under my bangs so I never really bother with them.
