Does anyone work at Sephora?

it depends on what kind of worker you are. i can't speak for all sephoras, but i know the sephoras in new york mostly only hire part time workers, which means they don't get many benefits. you can request vacation days but you don't get paid for them.
theres also full time, where they get PTO (paid time off) which accumulates the more you work. full time workers also receives health benefits.
then theres also an in-between, called part time partial. they receive PTO as well, and health benefits but just a smaller "package". they also have less hours, not exactly part time hours but not enough for full time.
