I was just wondering if anyone had done the 30 day shred and what was their experience with it?
I am 14 days in and I am starting to see the difference.
I do it 6 days a week. The DVD doesn't really make it clear how often you should do it.
I am also using 2kg weights, which seem way to heavy!! But hey no pain no gain
I would love to hear someone else thoughts on it
