Not sure if I'm in the right place, just wondered if anyone had any tips on covering a bruise? Got an important night in a few days and my darling son decided to whack my leg with a toy :/ hello massive bruise.
Arnica oil mixed with a few drops of lavender essential oil gets rid of bruises quickly. You should be able to get both relatively inexpensively at places like Whole Foods or your local health food store.
