Has anyone tried the CC cream from this box?

It comes out white and not a color.

Curious to get your reactions.

Haven't tried it on my face yet but quickly swatched on my hand and it quickly matched my hand! Feels very nice and smooth.

Do you have a light or a medium complexion?

I am a light medium and it looked pretty white on my hand.

guess I need to try my face

I tried this!  It comes out white with speckles for me, then turns beige, then fades right into my skin.  I actually like it so far since its got sunscreen in it.  I'm pretty pale and this wasn't too dark for me.

The CC cream didn't seem to have much coverage, but it did seem to blend in well on my super pale skin. It left a nice glow. I have yet to try it on my face, though I certainly will soon!

Has anyone tried the wonder serum from this box?

It looks great.

I really want to try it but before I open it I wanted to see if anyone had an opinion about it.

(I have so many serums, so I need to pace myself otherwise I will open them all at once!)

Not yet! I was curious too about the serum.

I think I am going to give it a try later today.

If I see any immediate results (which is unlikely)

I will post back and report!

Tried the Wonder Serum about an hour ago and I am giving it a preliminary thumbs up!

It made my skin super soft and very glowy. :)

However it took a long while to sink in.

Next time I will apply it sparingly.

Also Memebox info card says to use it BEFORE toner?

May need to try that as well.

But meanwhile I like it a lot!

Yes after cleansing and before toner it's like a first essence to prep:)

So then are you supposed to use another serum after the toner?

Or just skip to a mositurizer?

uhmm my steps (if I'm not forgetting anything) so you use it to prep for entire skincare or prep for using maskm because some masks can be intense (2)

1 cleansing

2 that serum

3 mask (optional)

4 toner

5 pore tightning essence

6 a nice other essence (tea tree or what ever)

7 ampoule

8 moisturizer

9 eyecream

10 anti breakout, pimpel stuff (ciracle cream from memebox)

11 essence mist

12 bodylotion

13 sleeping scent oil

and go to sleep.. ps this is nightcare ;)

The instructions on Amazon say to use after a toner. I'm not sure what to do now.

I just looked up the amazon page for the serum and it says both!

In one place the directions say BEFORE toner and later on it says AFTER toner.

I am going to try it both ways and see what feels better,

But I think we may need to email Memebox for clarification!

Definitely! And please, report your findings here. I'd love to know the best way to use.

I'm going to use it after toner.  I thought that the general rule was to apply products from lightest to heaviest, and my toner is the consistency of water (I use Thayer's Rose Petal Witch Hazel toner).

I wish I had started in my 20's with a routine like this!   Not that my skin is horrible or anything, but it is tough to do it on a nightly basis.  sometimes, it is all I have in me to just remove my makeup before crashing into bed!!

    • This Advent Calendar sounds amazing!! Thanks so much for sharing!!
    • I am going on a No Buy (replacements only) in January and February. My goal is to pay off a credit card of $140 (accounting for interest, I will need to pay off around $150), and to use up my deluxe sample sized beauty items. The same resolution I have every year, but this time it's different. I'll be paying off the last in a very long series of mini debts I had in my debt snowball, after two years of paying things off. After that I'll be going into a different phase, working on larger debts. Also, I am starting with far, far fewer sample beauty products than I used to, having used so many up in the last two years.  It's exciting, getting to the end of this phase. I'm going to be going through my samples in the next two weeks and getting ready! It's a good way to start the year, with smaller goals and easier wins.
    • Do you like card games? for example poker?
    • Advent calendar: Day 8 - Bright red nail polish - Polish was so easy to apply, and lasted well. I got several compliments on it.  Day 9 - At the Heart of Pine Trees Holiday Shower Gel - a fresh orange scent with a soft wood note.  Day 10 - Apricot body scrub.  Day 11 - Hydrating micellar water.  Day 12 - Plein Soleil Perfume - I love the perfume! It is tuberose with a hint of cardamom, to evoke travels to the East.  Day 13 - At the Heart of Pine Trees matching body lotion.  Day 14 - Mango Coriander Shower Gel.  I've been feeling the pressure of the holidays this month! I've been frustrated, because I have not been able to make progress on paying my credit card off by the end of the year. It's looking like it's not going to happen. I wanted to pay it off by the end of the year just because of perfectionism. Since it was the last in the series of smaller balance debts in my debt snowball, I thought it would be nice to have it done by New Year's Eve and start January with a larger goal. After having a relaxed day (I went to the park for a walk and saw baby deer!), I finally thought of something that made it okay to defer that goal a bit. I realized I won't be finished with my mini beauty products by the New Year either. I have far fewer than in past years, but I'll still have some to get through. I always had the concept of using my mini sample products and paying my smaller debts (the easier goals) and after that was through, I would use up full sized products while paying off larger debts. After thinking of that, I felt it would be okay to make a new plan and give myself January and February to pay my last small bill ($140) while using up the mini products. Then in March I can begin work on larger debts and larger products! I did achieve all of my 2019 New Year's Resolutions, and paid off five credit cards this year, and I'm very happy with that. I'm not going to go on a shopping spree and buy myself a lot of things with credit cards, but I do need to make it through Christmas!
    • I think Makeup brushes are a base for makeup, especially for this set of makeup brushes, highly recommended.
