I was given a P.M.D. it is a personal micro dermabrasion device that suction the skin and has a round rotating disk with crystals on it to buff the skin. I am scared to death to try using it. I have read about it on-line and it seems like you either love it or hate it. I have no experience with any type of heavy duty exfoliation. I have sensitive skin and im a little confused about why its a good thing to mildly injure your skin repeatedly to help it build up to using higher abrasiveness. Is it good to have tough skin? I dont have any real blemish or sun spot but i do have rosecea sp?. Is this something that will benefit me? I am 32 i have some wrinkles but nothing major. anyone with experience, tips or advice about this.
