Perversion from urban decay [http://www.urbandecay.com/urban-decay/perversion/perversion-glide-on-eye-pencil/45060.htm]

Stay all day waterproof liquid eyeliner from stilacosmetics [http://www.stilacosmetics.com/product/stay-all-day-waterproof-liquid-eye-liner.do]

E.Y.E liner Pencil from Mehron [http://www.mehron.com/product_p/206e.htm]

Are these any good? What is your experience with them? Also, is there any other eyeliner or liquid eyeliner that you'd rather recommend? I'm new to makeup and I want something that is very waterproof (as most eyeliners i've ever tried just smudge and fade after 1-2 hours).

I'm also not quite sure where to post this as i'm new to the forum so sorry if it's in the wrong section hehe :3

I've only tried UD's Perversion 24/7 pencil liner, but I would not call it waterproof by any stretch of the word (actually, I think 24/7 is a pretty loose description for all of Urban Decay's liners, but that's my watery eye problem). It is very black and very soft, perfect for smudging because that's about all it does, smudge everywhere and get all over my face. If you really want a black UD liner, Zero is longer-lasting, IMO, or the new Black Velvet matte. :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Perversion pencil is one of the deepest blacks out there and very easy to blend. I personally love it.

Milani has a decent waterproof liquid liner you van try out.

I am also new to makeup.  I have issues with my makeup staying, would waterproof be better?  I just don't want to struggle too much when washing my makeup off.

Too faced makes great eyeliners. They're pencils but look like gel eyeliner when on. Super easy to apply with a smudge tip to help. They have great staying power and beautiful colors.

If you are having a hard time with your eyeliner staying in place (1) make sure you are using an eye primer and (2) try your very hardest not to rub or touch your eyes.

Stila's waterproof liquid eyeliners stay all day, and do not budge! I absolutely love everything about Stila's liquid eyeliners...I own at least a dozen of them! Note, it does of course take some scrubbing to get the eyeliner off.

If you like liquid eyeliners lancôme art liners are the best! Once they dry, they stay put untill u take off your makeup with makeup remover. Hope that helps!
