I've spent all my points at the moment, but I was just thinking, there have definitely been times when I've been hoarding points and not been sure what to buy! Especially if I want something in a specific category -- like, if I'm thinking I want a new black eyeliner (ha, like I need a new black eyeliner, I have like 20 black eyeliners, but you get the idea), I want someone to tell me which ones in the Birchbox shop are good, without having to look up reviews of every product. Or sometimes, I've bought something and loved it or hated it, and maybe I think other people should know.
Basically, I have wished before that a thread existed solely to discuss things you can buy in the birchbox shop, and so now I'm making one for anyone else who has ever wished the same thing /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> I know sometimes the other BB threads get sidetracked by product discussions, but I thought a dedicated spot for it would be nice.
I'll start with this:
If anyone has been wondering which toners are good, I tried the Paula's Choice skin balancing toner and the Michael Todd algae one. PC was fine, but I'm really loving the MT one! It's very refreshing and I like that it has tea tree oil.
I've been feeling like I need to up my face makeup game -- concealer, powder, foundation -- so if anyone has any good recs from the BB shop, that'd be awesome! I have red, blotchy combination skin, pretty fair and neutral to cool toned.
