any suggestions on skin care and/or primers, makeup for oily skin & huge pores

For oily skin I highly recommend using the Total mat Gel-Cream, and the Normaderm night Care Cream- these two really helped me with balancing the oils in my skin.

I don't think any surface product can literally minimize pores, although some can minimize the **look** of large pores. I recommend Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Primer. You just need a tiny bit. Good luck!
