I don't buy anything without having some person-to-person satisfactory talk first. For a few years now, I have been looking at possibly getting something on the lines of this, and I don't know if anything actually works. Like...

http://www.gnc.com/Biotech-Corporation-Natural-Curves-Breast-Enhancement/product.jsp?productId=2134255

http://breastfemino.com/

.... I've googled around, and people do swear by them. Breast Femino is one that seems to have been the "it" booster in 2013. How well do any of these work? It's easier to me, asking here than getting false reviews claiming "amazing results" when I can get real people here telling me. Thanks!

So exactly what in that bottle of "magic pills" are suppose to help with the breast muscle or breast fat? Exercise can help with the breast muscle but even with exercise it's not going to give you massive perky boobs.

They are no magic grow items for breasts, p3n!s or hair. There are no magic weight loss formulas, teas, creams or pills. I hate product scams with a passion.

Anything that promises a real, actual change would be classified as a drug and regulated. Words like "appears" "seems" "visible results" are all

useless adjectives in beauty/cosmetics.

Moisturizing effects can be said about applying Crisco or any oil to dry skin for example. Don't believe the hype.

I have never used any supplements because it all seems like a con to me, so I can't give you any advice on using them. But as zadidoll said, your breasts are fat and muscle and also skin. A really easy way to improve the "look" of your breasts is to make sure you moisturise them regularly. Keeping your skin moisturised makes it look healthier and will improve the overall look of your cleavage. Also, drinking enough water and eating a high vitamin diet.

I am very passionate about looking after your body and breasts in particular as my family has been affected by breast cancer. I haven't been on here for ages and was going to post an update about Breast Cancer Awareness Month (http://www.nationalbreastcancer.org/breast-cancer-awareness-month)%C2 I don't think enough women regularly check their breasts and properly look after themselves. Temple Spa, a great brand that I get my moisturisers from, did a guide on what to look out for and how to properly check for signs of breast cancer: http://www.templespa.com/body/breast-aware if you want to know how to check.

Don't bother with the pills, look after your skin and focus on building your self esteem. You can always get push-up bras for specific outfits.

Fenugreek is widely used to help women increase the production of milk in their breasts. However, this herb is known to help increase breast size too. You can  surely try this as a natural remedy.

Apart from this if you are looking out for the ways to increase your bust size you should check out this article here . I recently came across this one and I found it informative.
