So what companies do this? Off the top of my head, I know:
- Geek Chic Cosmetics -- Usually a shadow, but sometimes a lip color or maybe even a nail polish (I can't remember)
- Shiro -- So far, I think it's always been a shadow, but there is potential for a gloss or maybe even a tinted balm
- Darling Girl -- Sometimes she doesn't do one, sometimes she does two

- Glamour Doll Eyes -- GDE's CotM is a gift-with-purchase shade. It is sometimes unavailable as a freebie during big sales, but you can typically order it for $3 during those times
