How to deal with wrinkly eye lids?

Recommended Posts

I do makeup for the models for all my Photoshoots. Many different skin types and textures and I can handle most everything except those wrinkly eye lids??? I can never get liner to look nice and even on them, I can't pull them tight to apply better and honestly I'm not sure what to do or how to do the eye makeup to accommodate for these little creases making it look rough....any ideas?

Well I'm 51 so I have those wrinkly loose lids! What works best is using a loose pigment on a damp brush. This won't give a DEFINED line, like wet liner will, but it will look smoother and less harsh on older eyes. Won't emphasize the wrinkles.

Dampen with visine if you want it to last longer. I use this under my eyes too. Really gives a nice, smudgey natural look.

Hint: matte shades work best for this and on wrinkly lids overall. Shimmer shades emphasize wrinkles on lids.

We have a LOT of matte shades!

    • Worldwide delivery sounds great! I used to order cbd oil from Canada and US, but the shipping process took too much time. As for the cbd oil, I prefer vaping it, my Stiiizy Biiig starter kit perfectly suits it.

    • SKN Renew Seek professional help for skin problems. The skin is not perfect. It can be dry or fatty; you may develop a rash and acne, among other problems. Treat the problem with a professional skin expert, be it a skin beautician at your local salon or a dermatologist for more severe skin problems. Block the sun. Protecting your skin from the sun is important because the sun emits ultraviolet (UV) radiation. Over time, exposure to UV radiation causes many changes in the skin, such as wrinkles, discoloration, freckles or age spots, benign (non-cancerous) growths such as moles and precancerous or cancerous growths such as melanoma. In fact, most skin cancer is related to sun exposure. https://www.getwhiteface.com
