September 2015 Allure Beauty Box Spoilers

Recommended Posts

Found this in the usual spot. :

"Spoiler alert: Our September box is packed with seven—yes, you read that right, sevenAllure favorites. Follow us @Allure_magazine on Twitter for more upcoming teasers and Beauty Box news."

Not even a brand name dropped here :(

Who ever follows their twitter, please keep us updated.

It is interesting that there will be 7 samples next month. Clearly the samples will not be very big, if they can fit 7 in, but at least they fill up the box with surprises. I am excited to see what we will get in our September boxes.

Unless I see something amazing, I'm sitting this one out. I just have too much stuff right now.

I couldn't figure out how to suspend my subscription on their site, so I emailed them on 8/11 and still haven't received a response. I might just have to change my credit card to an expired one so they don't charge me.

I cancelled my subscription after last month's box.  I'd only gotten two so far, but neither of them really wowed me.  I'm kind of on the fence about it, so I might go back if I start liking the contents more.

I sympathize, I do my best to not even look at twitter unless I really feel like I must.  Spoilers are a must kind of situation.  :)

I'm not that worked up about the Tangle Teezer, has anyone ever used one?  Is it better than a good hairbrush?  I'm pretty psyched about the Alterna and the Pixi.

I got a Tangle Teezer in the QVC box and I really like it. It goes through my thick hair easily and is easy to "clean" by pulling stray hairs from the rubbery bristles.

They just posted this on tumblr:

http://allure.tumblr.com/post/127865231609/there-will-be-7-products-in-our-september-beauty

The additional items look like some kind of serum or oil with dropper, erno laszlo soap bar, some kind of tinted primer or bronzer, and something for lips?

I'm getting excited

Looks very interesting!

Here are the other pictures for the items we don't know yet

One of those tiny soaps?

Anybody who still gets billed through beauty bar cancel their sub since the change over? I've got samples coming out of my ears and need to put my subs on hold for a few months and don't know which company to contact to cancel. I can't log into Allure and there isn't a cancel option on BeautyBar anymore.

    • Hi I really need som help to find a good foundation. Im 35 years old and when I put on foundation it looks terrible. On the left side I have no makeup but in the right side I have Max factor radiant lift foundation. I still have acne and thats why I want to use foundation..
    • I'm going to have one day a week off of work for a while! I have not had any vacation since I began my job in 2015. Is No Buy worth it if it lets you work less? Maybe!
    • Moisturiser is one skincare staple that people with dry skin absolutely can’t do without. Dry patches, flakiness, peeling skin, are just some of the many issues that dry skin beauties have to deal with. And if that isn’t enough, finding the best moisturizer for dry skin that leaves your skin happy and hydrated is a task in itself.    Picking the right skincare products for your skin type is not an easy task - there is a lot of research involved in finding a product that would suit you the best. And that’s probably what brought you here, right?
    • Other than making you feel weirdly satisfied while peeling off the mask properly, charcoal peel off masks offers a wide range of skin benefits. Especially black peel off masks, which are all the rage right now among teenagers and adults.
    • Hi guys. Well I am a 37 year old woman and I looked into a Makeup Academy when I was in my early 20s but it was too expensive for me to afford at the time. A little background on me. I never had anyone to teach me how to do makeup. My mom was NOT a girly girl so I had no real feminine influence lol. I have never tried to do anyone's makeup because I lack the confidence. But I would really like to learn. My question is, has anyone here started Makeup school at a later age? Were you in school with mostly younger folks and how did it work out for you? I guess my question is, is Age a disadvantage in this industry? Thanks!
