These looks good... Play box and now this....I am liking them over Birchbox and Ipsy. For like 2 months...I have found Birchbox stepping up...but Ipsy....there is nothing exciting in there for past many month. May be it will step up.

Atleast I got to try the Sephora Play box...I really hope to get this as well.

I am now on the waitlist. The price is certainly right. This could be the thing that finally lures me away from that tween nightmare that is Ipsy.

Me too! I have been on the waitlist and waiting on Sephora. I don't see anywhere that tells details about the waitlist or what kind of wait to expect. It is frustrating that they create these amazing boxes and then there is no slots for people to become subscribers. Whats the point of advertising the brand new subscription if you have no available slots?

I think it is market research. Probably, they are trying to see how big of a crowd is interested to pay before they get to invest in it.

I am still impatiently waiting to get off of Sephora and Macy's waitlists. Come on, hurry up! :/

I found out about this sub on facebook and people blindly put their credit card info in and "hoped" for the best. I'm way too paranoid to do that but it seems they might be the ones who got the boxes, out of obligation perhaps, since they provided a form of payment. I think they quickly shut it down (the ability to provide payment info) and the just switched to a sign up/wait list.

I hope it doesn't take as long as the waitlist for "Play"

Just saw the review at http://www.ramblingsofasuburbanmom.com/2015/11/macys-the-spotlight-november-2015-subscription-box-review/ and it looks like a good box for the price point.

when I signed up for waitlist, they didn't ask me for a credit card number, so you are correct!

Wow, first bag looks great. I hope they stay that way! I always sign up for new bags just as the quality and value goes down (Frenchbox, LLB). These wait lists are so frustrating. Neither Macy's or Sephora has provided any communication at all about how long the wait will be.

    • Hello and welcome to the community
    • Common problem for every swimmer,You don't want to ignore any-- When you love your hair and you love to swim. When i  noticed that my hair appeared very dry and frizzy i felt broken,  I'm gonna share a few things  with you all. Use a leave-in conditioner before entering the pool Applying a little conditioner before you enter the pool can help prevent some of the chlorine from being absorbed. Using a leave-in conditioner with a cap can not only help prevent chlorine from being absorbed but can also moisturize your hair while swimming, too!   Shampooing your hair immediately after chlorine exposure is the best way to remove the bulk of the chlorine and stop the damage it may be causing to your hair. Some shampoos are specially made to help remove chlorine and are a great idea for regular swimmers.   Chlorine sucks the natural oils from your hair and skin, leaving them dry, rough, and damaged. Your hair needs some of its natural oil to remain smooth and healthy, Chlorine can also cause chemical reactions in your hair, changing the natural color of your hair, weakening each hair strand, and causing split ends. The oils removed from the skin can leave your skin red and irritated depending on the sensitivity of your skin. Chlorine-damaged hair is very dry, frizzy (especially at the ends), bleached out, and often feels a little like straw. It tangles and mats up easily   Rinse skin before swimming. Chlorine can cause skin irritation.  Chlorine neutralizer. Apply a chlorine neutralizing lotion to your skin before you swim.  Rinse skin immediately. Rinse your skin with fresh water as soon as you get out of the pool.  Moisturize.  Keep your body hydrated.  Exfoliate.
