my hair is very weak I think, alopecia, I have no idea what's wrong, see a doctor but no much help, hair get thinner...

Hmm it should be treated. Not sure what your doctor is thinking but maybe think about getting second opinion? Usually they will prescribe you some corticosteroid or topical contact allergens.
