Smashbox Photo Finish Primer Oil

Has anyone tried the Smashbox Photo Finish Primer Oil yet?

I got a sample of it in an Ipsy bag, and I'm not sure what I think. I like how it makes my foundation look because my skin is dry, but I find if I try and wear any type of moisturizer under it, the moisturizer balls up. Am I not supposed to wear moisturizer underneathe? lol

I got it too and I've tried the primer a few times.  I applied it after the moisturizer. The first time I applied too much and it felt like it just sat on my skin but the second time it was a lot better with just a drop or two. I think you can just wear it without the moisturizer since it's an oilier type of primer not like the typical ones. I haven't tried using it without a moisturizer though.
