I am a working women and I've to be out there in sun for 2-3 hours. Please recommend me a good sunscreen or any brightener cream to get rid of the tanned skin as this looks so bad.

I recommend any of the Korean skin care sunscreens because they have a high SPF and also brightening and other skin care benefits. You can find these type of products at Sephora, Amazon, Ulta, Sokoglam.com etc. if you are interested.
