Do we actually know what self love is?

Do we ever give a s#!$ about ourselve well being?

How do we feel when we love ourselves?

What we do when we are loving ourselves and what we avoid doing?

Do we get ourselves to difficult situation (such as a toxic relationahip we know its gonna be wrong? We torture ourselves?#)

Do we ever forgive ourselves about the wrong decisions we make?

What is self love for u and how u express it to yourself?

Are you eating this donut at night knowing that is wrong decision if you do or you avoid eating and take care of yourself?!

Yes, Self love is most important thing.“Encourage yourself, believe in yourself, and love yourself. Never doubt who you are.”

We don't know what we feel, we don't know what we want. Life is a voyage of self discovery. To me, to be enlightened is to go within and to know who and what we really are, and to know that we have the ability to change for the better by loving and taking care of ourselves. It's not selfish to love ourselves.
