Nice dry matte lipsticks

I have wrinkly lips and am on a budget, so trying lots of different lipsticks is not in the cards(and I don't like liquid lipsticks), so I need recs for nice matte lipsticks that will truly stay in place(and hopefully not transfer). I plan on trying retro matte Ruby Woo from MAC because I hear it's real drying and I think I will love the colour. 
 
I haven't tried many lip liners, but I now have two from NYX(retractable and the other really cheap version) and both bleed into my fine lines, so I figure I should try some extremely dry first. But I liked how the retractable one didn't transfer or dry up, but I finished it within two weeks, and didn't mind that dryness.
 
Any ideas?
