Which foods should I be avoiding?

Given the relationship between inflammation and acne, foods that have an anti-inflammatory effect might help calm the skin and prevent acne. ... Healthy foods for clear skin include good sources of omega-3 fatty acids, such as fatty fish like salmon and sardines as well as avocados, walnuts, and chia seeds

An unhealthy diet not only damages your metabolism but also harms your skin. Whatever you eat is reflected on your skin. A healthy diet with Fatty food, Avocados, Sunflower seeds and Most importantly Tomatoes can make your skin glow like anything.

Foods to avoid for good skin-This may be shocking but Dairy products can really get you in trouble if you are trying to take good care of your skin. Even SOY can harm your skin. No one can deny that FAST Food drastically make your skin oily, pimples and can cause chronic skin disease.

Hope this information can help you.

    • I ordered a few things from Yves Rocher mainly for my daughter. I ordered couple of their nail polishes and I had never tried them before. They are nice. I'm usually good about throwing the envelope from them in the trash but couldn't resist this time and placed an order.
