Blending shadow over an eyelid scar??

Hello everyone! So I have a scar on my right eyelid that continues up into my crease a bit. My eyeshadow will not stick to that part of my eye. I currently prime my lids with concealer, set it with powder, then blend out my shadows. That one part won't blend or stick no matter how much I try to blend or add. Does anyone have any tips or struggle with the same thing?? New product suggestions or application tips would be awesome!! Thank you!!

What eyeshadow brands are you using? I wonder if some of the super pigmented brands would work better? For example Anastasia Beverly Hills is very pigmented.
