I got a little haul from the Yves Rocher January sale.

Items from the 2018 Christmas collection. I always love the bath and body products Yves Rocher creates each Christmas. They always have beautiful packaging. These smell just like tea. I just fell in love with the packaging, and I adore tea. Yves always has a holiday makeup collection, too. The blue box is a highlighter duo. I was a little let down that it is made of cardboard, but I fell in love with that packaging also.

Items from the 2018 Summer collection. I also love the special bath and body and makeup collections Yves comes out with for the summer. This year they had a Maracuja scent, which is passion flower and ginger. The bronzer is amazing - it is Monoi scented! I love the cheery yellow compact.

The blue box is a free full sized perfume, GWP

These were super affordable. The bath and body items were two to four dollars each. The makeup items were the most costly, but were still under ten dollars each. Happy haul!

Expensive, but beautiful ... Guerlain Little Black Dress Top Coat. It is fragranced, and the scent is said to last 24 hours, so it's really a good value. A top coat, perfume, and collectible bottle all in one. That was my rationalization for getting it. 👿 The photo does not do it justice.

When I was on my No Buy I got tired of buying cotton pads all the time, and wished for some fabric facial pads. Now I am collecting them. They seem like an affordable and practical luxury. I got interested in Etsy sellers who make handmade versions with all kinds of cute fabrics.  I purchased from a seller called Garance Couture. They are so cute and are substantial and well made. They have terry cloth on the reverse side.

Then I was innocently watching Serein Wu's No Buy vlog to be good. I love her No Buy vlogs. They are better than Netflix. She was using some fabric cotton rounds and had an amazon link to them, and I ended up buying them. What a pretty package, and so soft. They come with a little laundry bag. The company is called ProCIV.

These are all too pretty to use, however. I might use them to apply toner to perfectly clean face, but take off mascara with them? Remove nail polish with them? I don't think so. So I'll probably still end up getting cotton pads.IMG_0450[1].JPG

I just found the Wet and Wild Rebel Rose Full Collection Box. Prettiest thing I have ever seen. It is me! Planning to get it as soon as I have the money. So romantic, and has skin care too. I WAAAAAAAANT IT!:6796-emoji:

I don't know how to add a photo, but you must see the brushes.

    • At first, I also rejuvenated my face with injections. For three procedures, almost nothing has changed: (Yes, and a little sick. But then I solved the problem in a different way, found on the website koreakos the suitable makeup for me and forgot about the shots. Many thanks to the site Koreakos. I found a lot of useful things on it. I recommend it to everyone!
    • Hello everyone, I am delighted and I hasten to share with you a wonderful Korean product - peeling for the feet, which produces stunning results. I ordered it on the site https://koreakos.com/body-4/foot-care/calmia-silky-perfect-foot-peeling. It is worth noting that the procedure was timed to the trip to the sea, and I wanted the heels in sandals to look wonderful. The product is really amazing, all the old skin has been peeled off, the heels have become very smooth and soft. I'm in love with this product!
    • Wow, so much I missed during my No Buy Year! I see Sephora has a new bag called Play! Smarts. Instead of a random set of samples, customers are given products around a particular theme. Also, an online class is provided. It just feels so organized, and maybe a way for me to actually use things from a box instead of letting them pile up. I wish I would have gotten the skin care bag for women over 50! Now on the site I see they had a complexion makeup bag, but it's out of stock. 😶 Does anyone know how often these come out? Makeup overwhelms me, so it would be good to practice on one area at a time. This speaks to me on many levels. I've actually never tried the regular Play! box. I got one of the luxe bags and really liked it. They had Peter Thomas Roth Hungarian Thermal Water Cream in the recent Play! Smarts box. I'm going to be looking out for the next one. Update: the classes can be seen on Sephora's YouTube channel. History of boxes so far: June 2018 - Glitter Eyes for Real Life - the inaugural box.  August 2018 - Superfoods Feed Your Face  September 2018 - Skincare by Age 30s, 40s, 50s.  October 2018 - K-Beauty: Skin Innovation October 2018 - Superfoods: Inner and Outer Beauty  November 2018 - Complexion Your Way: Dewey and Matte It should be time for a new one, no? Maybe it was test marketing for last year.  I recall when looking through magazines from the 1970s there was a mail order beauty club called The Butterfly Club. They would send a shipment for eye makeup the first time, lip makeup the next time, etc., so you could make yourself over little by little. I loved the ad. I have been unable to find the ad online. Anybody remember? I believe it was like Cosmetique Club.  I liked Birchbox Beta from 2017, where they sent kits based on a specific area. I got overwhelmed with all the choices they had, though. Could never decide which one to get, or should I get the regular box, or the curated box.
