Recommended Posts

People suffering from diabetes can face a range of health issues, hair loss being one of them.Although hair loss can be caused by a variety of factors such as stress, hormonal imbalance, underlying medical conditions, hair loss due to elevated sugar levels in people remains very common around the world.

Some people may confuse natural hair loss due to regrowth cycle with a developing hair loss condition. So, it is best that you refrain from self-diagnosis and consult a hair loss expert to properly evaluate your condition.

Having diabetes can also cause you to lose morehair than usual. ... People with diabetes are more likely to have a condition called alopecia areata. With alopecia, the immune system attacks the hairfollicles, leading to patches of hair loss on the head and on other parts of the body, While there's not a lot of research connecting high-sugar diets with hair loss, experts know that sugar promotes inflammation. When people eat sugar or carbs, the sugar floods the blood, causing a spike of insulin and androgens, which bind tohair follicles and cause the hair to fall out.

My aunt has diabetes for years but her hair is very thick but yes, in some cases it could happen. Nowadays, depression and hormonal balance are also causing hair loss in many youngsters.

There are many reasons behind Hair fall. Maybe stress, hypertension, high pollution, scalp issue, a poor diet can cause hair loss etc. Along with your regular hair care routine, you should also apply hair mask as well. Try chemical free homemade hair mask. At least once in a month for better result.

    • I was curious of how common it is that a guy in high school can get really far with girls exclusively because of his looks. I remember a guy from last year at my school who definitely had looks going for him, and had exactly the kind of looks that the girls there liked a lot - he was probably about 6'8 tall, very fit and muscular all over his body with broad shoulders (and he looked completely natural as well), beautiful eyes and a beautiful face in general. And he was kind of a "trophy boy" that the girls actively tried to get together with mostly so that they could be seen with him. He didn't have much of a personality, but the girls didn't care about that - they just wanted to make him physically interested in them so that they got a chance to sleep with him. It was very common that girls he didn't know walked up to him and asked him for a date, or giggled when he was nearby and poked him quickly on his arms or his chest and then ran away. He seemed to have to endure that a whole lot, although he did of course end up kissing several of them and getting really intimate with them, even though he had taken no initiatives or approaches any of them whatsoever, as far as I could tell. Have you heard of anything similar? And what do you think of it?
