Beautified You Beauty Bags

Recommended Posts

My latest find: an online store called Beautified You has beauty sample bags for $10.00. They are not a subscription - you purchase as you want, and they send different items all the time, depending on what is in stock. You can choose a bag for your skin type. I recently purchased the Normal/Oily/Blemish bag. They also have a Normal/Dry version, and a Normal/Sensitive version. I am very thrilled with my bag. I got deluxe and foil samples.

Deluxe samples:

  • Avene Redness Relief Dermo Cleansing Milk
  • Jan Marini Bioglycolic Face Cleanser
  • Glamglow Supermud Clearing Treatment
  • YonKa Cleansing Milk
  • YonKa Creme 15
  • iS Clincial Pro Heal Serum Advance

Foil Samples:

  • HydroPeptide Power Serum
  • HydroPeptide Solar Defense SPF 50
  • demalogica special cleansing gel
  • dermalogica skin prep scrub
  • glo Pumpkin Enzyme Scrub
  • glo Renew Serum

I'm most excited for Avene and YonKa. I love French skin care. I've always wanted to try the YonKa brand. And it's handy to have foil packs of sun blocks and scrubs. and a Glamglow masque. I am planning to get some more bags soon!

    • I'mcurrently trying some salon here in California I still can't decide which is my favorite.
    • I used to use toners, but many are too harsh and have lots of chemicals that end up irritating acne more than the salicylic acid or whatever is helping. I like witch hazel, though. It's super mild.
    • If you can't live with it.. get plastic surgery. If you don't get plastic surgery you can obviously live with it.
    • Summer is the season where you can enjoy outdoors and soak up some sun. However, the heat often damages the skin, making it look dull and tanned. Therefore, you should take special care of your skin during this season. So, if you're wondering how to get glowing skin this summer, here's what you must note. Steam Therapy: Steaming is one of the best ways to get fresh, glowing skin as it opens clogged pores and removes the dirt from the skin. Thus, making it softer and clearer.Ensure you do it at lease once a week to get good results. Stay Hydrated: If you want to have glowing skin during the summers, it's important to stay hydrated always. Keep in mind that dehydration damages the skin, making it look dull and strained. Therefore, drink a lot of water. You could also add some fresh juices and fruits to your diet that would not only eliminate toxins but also contribute to the nutritional aspect. Have a Healthy Diet: What you eat, reflects on your face. Therefore, it's important to be careful of what you eat, particularly during the summer. It's advisable to include green vegetables and lettuce, and water content fruits such as watermelon, oranges, lemon and cucumber in your diet as they provide good amounts of nutrients and antioxidants, also keeping you hydrated. So, now that you know how to get glowing skin, which one will you try?
    • Try oiling your hair atleast two times a day using a good ayurvedic oil. Many a times premature hairfall can be arrested by simple care. Also don't use commercially available shampoos as most of them are quite harsh. Go for a herbal hair wash powder instead.
