In a mixing bowl, add about 2 spoons of hair gel. Mix it till it gets a little runny. Then, use the back of a spoon to scrape the eyeshadow pigment into the hair gel. Make sure you’re using a shade that’s about 2 shades lighter than your brow product shade. This will add just the right tint to the gel without making it too dark—you don’t want to top your already filled brow with a darker brow gel and end up looking like you drew it with a sketch pen, do you?
