Totally agree. i think nutrition plays a dominant role at our skin texture. I also think that cleaning your face is very very important. And use as less make-up as possible let your skin breathe. I use Bioderma micellar water ( the pink one for sensitive skin) and recently tried the Anti-Blemish hydrating cream and would definitely recommend it.

Now pimple is a common problem for all youth. A pimple occurs when your skin’s oil glands are overactive and pores become inflamed. I had also suffered the same problem before. I also used many products and treatments for my skin but there was no result. After that, I contacted Bluedrake (www.bluedrake.in) for treatment. After following their treatment my problem was solved. Really it is working.

Breakouts, if not treated properly, can leave permanent scars on your skin. More importantly, they can make you socially anxious and wreak havoc on your overall well-being. But before you get ready to remove pimples, you need to know what causes them in the first place. Moreover, treatment should also depend on what types of pimples you are suffering from.

Did you know that there's a difference between pimples and acne?

Pimples occur when dead skin and sebum clog the oil and melanin glands. Acne, on the other hand, appears when the pores are clogged. Pimples are painful raised pustules or papules, while acne is filled with pus.

Pimples are the effect of too much sebum on the skin. It may show as an inflamed blemish due to bacterial infection, but it is not infectious when popped. Acne is a more serious case as it can spread and infect nearby areas on the skin. Pimples may occur on or around the face region only. But acne may show up in the face, shoulders, back, and chest and other parts of the body.

Pimples only happen to teenagers who are in the puberty stage, while acne can affect anyone at any age. Pimples are the effect of hormonal changes that occur during puberty. Stress, an unhealthy diet rich in fatty foods, and low-quality makeups trigger acne. Hereditary disorders and hormonal imbalance during pre-menstruation and puberty may also cause acne.

2. Use Moisturizer

3. Drink a lot of water and stay hydrated

4. Limit Make Up

5. Limit Sun Exposure

6. Avoid Junk Foods

Always be Pimple Free :D

    • Hello! I still wouldn't give up headphones. I can’t do without music) At my house I made a large audio system with a modern receiver. It gives amazing sound quality. You can visit the site to Compare AV receivers. Do you feel what opportunities open up for music lovers? I even argued with my friends about this. However, they acknowledged my point when they listened to the music of Lindsay Stirling in my home.
    • I have had no problem whatsoever applying false eyelashes (with adhesive) for the past 10 years or so of my life. For some reason within the last month absolutely no matter what product I use (lashes or adhesive) my falsies refuse to stick. I try holding them down and they simply spring off once I remove my fingers. It’s incredibly bizarre. I can’t recall having changed my beauty routine in the last few weeks and my skin is not oily, nor am I using oil based products on my eyes. Does anyone have any idea what’s happening or what I might try to fix it!?
    • How many people - so many opinions. I really like music but can’t use headphones. This puts pressure on my head and my head begins to hurt in an hour. I NEVER saw my friends really high-quality headphones. They always have flaws in sound. Only the option from the recording studio suited me completely. This is a very, VERY expensive option. Therefore, I limited myself to buying a home theater with surround sound and a good audio system in the car.
