For any girl hitched to be married, her wedding day is surely the most awaited one and we can completely understand the spur to plan an ideal ceremony! As exhilarating as wedding planning can be, it comes with its bouquet of challenges and can be a little overwhelming. Considering the fact that we are currently living in a pandemic situation and have been in one or the other way limited to plan the big day, it can understandably be stressful for someone in a bride’s shoes!

To help you lovely girls plan a stress-free wedding, we have curated some simple yet helpful tips for you to try while at home, which, we believe, will help you have a calmer and more relaxed process of wedding planning!

  • Meditate your way through the day

Our first tip is something we have all heard from someone or from somewhere and with all our heart we agree, meditation is magical. For all of you who haven’t yet come around in incorporating meditation in your routine, the timing couldn’t be more perfect than it is now! Try to encapsulate in your daily to-do list, some time for meditation and let all the stress walk out of your body. For stress, anyway, isn’t the best suit for any bride to be in, are we right?

  • Hydrate! It’s super important

If you haven’t reminded yourself to do this today, this is your reminder! Have some water right now. We will proceed after you take a sip! Assuming that you have had the most crucial drink of the day and are back now, let us reinforce this ladies, water is quite literally a life savior! It is a proven fact that dehydration leads to increased stress level and you surely don’t need that right now! So please drink up tons of water and stay hydrated so you can deal better with all that is up your sleeve. The times are indeed hard but your wedding plan doesn’t have to be !

  • Keep the squad close

Whether it is a close aunt, a first cousin or a best friend, your squad is sure to be the life of every wedding function, and why not? They have also awaited your wedding with you right from the day you met your partner for the first time! From picking up the outfits for different ceremonies, to booking the venue and everything in between, you know they have got your back. Stay connected, keep having conversations about what’s on your mind, and in short, keep in touch with your loved ones! Not only are they our stress busters but we also value their opinions in our choices. So don’t forget to keep your squad close!

  • The list of priorities

A huge part of wedding planning goes into setting your priorities aside and the need to keep a priority list in hand will undoubtedly be resourceful while planning a wedding during these times. Things like the venue, the outfits, the guest list and pre-booking your makeup artist, can be well streamlined with a priority list. Just a gentle reminder, though. While taking care of your priorities , make sure that self care and me-time are also in your list. We know you have a lot on your plate, especially right now, but believe us, some me-time will go a long way in keeping you recharged for all the exciting times ahead!

  • Talk to your makeup artist

Last but not the least, talk to your makeup artist. There is a special bond every bride-to-be develops with her makeup artist during her wedding planning and quite naturally so! While preparing for your D-day amidst the pandemic, post booking your makeup artist, talk to her in detail. Discuss your vision, how you wish to appear in all of the ceremonies, what are your inhibitions and everything in between. A forthcoming bridal makeup artist will guide you in the best guidance and help you plan the wedding you deserve.

We hope these tips were helpful to you and we wish you all the best for your dream wedding. And if you book with us, we will make sure your vision comes to reality on your special day!
