Here, R&B superstar Beyoncé is looking every inch the luminous woman that she is, in a palette of warm coppery browns, with glowing skin and sheer lips.
Makeup artist Deborah Grayson tells us how to get her look.
Step 1: Start by applying a shimmery copper-brown eye shadow to the entire eyelid using a small oval-shaped brush, which will allow you to easily place color uniformly across the lid.
Step 2: With a pointed liner brush, apply a thin band of the same copper-brown you used on the lids to the area just below the bottom eyelashes.
Step 3: Next, layer over the copper at the inner portion of the eye, just beneath the lower lash line, with a shimmery salmon-pink.
Step 4: Blend a matte chocolate-brown to the crease of each eye using a tapered oval-shaped brush, which will allow you to get right into the crease. Repeat the blend back and forth for a diffused, smooth look.
Step 5: Apply black-brown pencil eyeliner to the entire inside periphery of the eyelashes. This is a rather tricky move, Grayson says, and you should be extra careful and patient when using this technique so as not to poke or irritate your eye.
Step 6: Curl the lashes and apply a thin coat of deep-brown lash-defining mascara to both the upper and lower lashes.
Step 7: Using your fingertips, blend a sheer tinted moisturizer to the forehead, cheeks and chin, blending out in fluid, even strokes.
Step 8: Lightly blot the face with a blotting tissue by placing it flatly onto the areas of the chin, cheeks and forehead and lifting it, so as not to disrupt the foundation. This will cut down extra shine without giving a powdery or matte finish.
Step 9: Apply cream blush to the apples of the cheeks with fingers, blending upward to the cheekbones.
Step 10: For this low-key yet fresh-looking lip look, apply a sheer rose-beige gloss using your finger.
