How to measure your bra size

If any of you are too embarassed about getting measured at the shops, then this website could be useful, however its always best to get it done at the shops as they can recommend specific bras from the shops to suit you.

But here is the website which i just came accross it because as i am growing (as i am a teen) i thought instead of going to the shops every few months, then doing it at home would be good:

The last time I got measured was with an old boyfriend. He could not add and figured out I was a 36C.... In his wildest dreams.

And maybe in my dreams everyonce in a while.

I still am not sure of my bra size. I think I am a B36. Are these just European sizes?
