I'd say Nars has the best blushes and I vote Maybelline for the best drug store blushes line.

I've no idea which brand has the worst blush quality though.

Worst - revlon(the color never comes even if u rub the brush several times)

The best blushes for me are: Mac Sheertones, Shu Uemura, Bare Escentuals, Artdeco ( but it will be difficult to find them), Nars

The worst: Until now the worst blush I have ever try was L'oreal Delice, zero pigmentation!

Cargo is awesome! I think that's my new HG blush company! For those who remember, I got rid of a $40 Chanel blush for my new HG Luminous... That changed when I got Cargo Louisiana, and I'm even more obsessed now with Cargo blushes after I got Rome today! LMAO!
