-because even with no accessories if your hair is awesome you can look great... but with lots of accessories and gross hair you'll probably not look so great.

the clothes or makeup your wearing make you look better?

-i'd go with makeup, though this one is kind of a tough call.

-definitely makeup on this one... if my hair is bad looking and my makeup looks nice, i'll just put my hair up and deal, but if my makeup looks bad it's kind of hard to feel good about myself until it comes off or gets fixed.

blush or mascara?

-personally i'm going to go with blush on this one, i feel like when i get kind of a bronzer/blush combo, it really brightens up my whole face

eyeliner or lipgloss?

-definitely lipgloss, i'm addicted what can i say?

powdered blush or creme'?

-BOTH... i have a really awesome cheek gel stick by sonia kashuk... but i like to go with powder when my skin is not doing so great, because blending the gel can kind of smear off some concealer/foundation sometimes.

Makeup over clothes (although this is tough b/c sometimes no matter how good your m/u looks, if you feel dumpy in your clothes nothing will help)

Mascara over blush (Everyone at work notices when I put mascara on...my lashes are so light I really need it)

i have realli wavy, frizzy, coarse , outta control hair... so even w/tons of accessories ...i'll still look like crap if i don't do something to my hair.

Since I'm not huge on accessories, I would say hair, because a beautiful haircut, style, and color can be your best accessory.

how great your skin looks, ive seen people with expensive nice clothes on but dont look as good cause of theyre skin. and i go to school with hippies who seem to look good in anything they wear (clean or not) cause they're skin always seems to be perfect and glowy (damn them).
