Just the basic smokey eyes for beginners

Remember to moisturise face well, mine will be dry (as you'll notice from the pics) because I'm not well :( /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> I'm using the cheap stuff today. I had to get a bloody fat spot on my forehead didn't I?! :mad

Here is what you need:

Neutral and Black Eyeshadows

Brushes

Eye Pencil

Foundation

Concealer

And Mascara

Now the scary bit, my face with concealer blended in, not all over just where the blemises and dark circles are (I look ill, don't I?)

Now apply foundation evenly to your face

This is how it should look:

Now put the neutral colour eyeshadow to the eyelid right upto the browbone

should look something like this with just a little bit of shimmer.

Now you can add the black, remember to apply a thick coat of loose powder under the eyes and cheek, I did not bother with this as I'm not going to make much mess and am not planning to go out anywhere

http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b122/charm123/DSCN2621.jpg

http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b122/charm123/DSCN2622.jpg

http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b122/charm123/DSCN2624.jpg

line the inside of lash lines of both upper lid and the lower lid

http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b122/charm123/DSCN2626.jpg

now apply black eyeshadow on the lower lashline like so

http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b122/charm123/DSCN2630.jpg

Now use a shimmer in a light colour to apply on the tearduct to brighten up your eyes

http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b122/charm123/DSCN2635.jpg

http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b122/charm123/DSCN2633.jpg

Now to create definition and make your eyes go 'pop' use a shimmer of brown or bronze only a slight bit to the centre of your upper eyelids like so

http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b122/charm123/DSCN2637.jpg

http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b122/charm123/DSCN2641.jpg

Now curl your eyelashes with some eyelash curlers

http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b122/charm123/DSCN2646.jpg

And apply Mascara straight away.

http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b122/charm123/DSCN2645.jpg

Now it should look something like this

http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b122/charm123/DSCN2649.jpg

http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b122/charm123/DSCN2653.jpg

Now time for the blusher, apply to the apple of your cheeks

http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b122/charm123/DSCN2656.jpg

http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b122/charm123/DSCN2657.jpg

Now the lips, apply some lipstick with a lipbrush because it tends to get into the creases of the lips and helps it to last longer

http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b122/charm123/DSCN2659.jpg

http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b122/charm123/DSCN2662.jpg

Now you can apply a coat of lipgloss to add a bit of shimmer or shine

http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b122/charm123/DSCN2664.jpg

This is how it looks now

And the result :
