Call me crazy, but I just can't get over high paid celebs dressing worse than us normal folks!! Why in the World would someone ever thinks it's okay to wear this ensemble? The only thing she has going is the Chanel purse. The pants she borrowed from an extra from the movie Total Recall! Ackkkkk!!!!
 
Sorry, but Chloe ALWAYS dresses like crap! I see her in the Worst of the Week almost every week. lol... she needs to get herself a stylist really bad!

 
the top could look good if only wore with smthg else. ah, and the tiny chanel purse, i just think it's inappropriate.
