Help! is there anywhere to contact a member when her inbox is full?

One of the member messaged me regarding my sale items, when i tried to message her back, the system showed her inbox was full, is there any way i could keep in touch with her beside private message? please help ladies, thanks in advance!

You can try to send her an e-mail (there's the option together with PM to most people)

You can also leave her a comment on her profile, saying that you need to talk to her privately.
