I like the individual items - the coat is cute, the boots, kind of cool...

but the whole lot together is not hot. Definately got a bit of homeless lookingness going on!

I agree. I thought the items were cute, just not how they were put together.
 
Maybe she tried to play incognito, since the paparazzis are always following her to bash on her skinny body, the hat is horrid on her but the rest of the stuff is kinda cute separately.
