UDPP: How to get to that "last lil bit"

Recommended Posts

I think it was on here one of the girls mentioned having to cut into her tube to get more out of it. People complain that the tube itself sucks because they cant get to all of it thats in there.

I HAVE FOUND THE LIGHT!!!

I have just a "test tube" of the UDPP and I was finding that like less than a month later I couldnt get ANYTHING on it! I would shake it, slap it against my palm, and I'd get a lil bit more...I didnt want to go buy a new full size one JUUUUST yet haha because I had a feeling there was more in there.

and BOY WAS I RIGHT!!!

So I dont know how many of you have thought of this or done it already but for those that havent...heres the trick!!

the clear part...that fits itself around the applicator...take it off...thats it.

I used a thin blade and worked around it to pop it out.

I put in the applicator and pulled it ONLY HALF WAY OUT and it was COVERED!

Ok so since the PP is now a glop just lift it up a little bit, and scape a small bit off onto the top...so pull up a lil bit and push down a lil bit on one side...this stuff a lil goes a looooong way so I am gonna save as much as I can.

I assume with the full size version you can do the same but due to the awkward shape you might have to swirl the applicator around inside of it a bit. Even then when you think you are out, cutting just below that final curve on it might help.

I am somewhat frugal myself haha so I try to get the most use from everything I get...damn it I paid for it I might as well use it ALL right!!!

I hope this tip helps at LEAST a few of you!

Yeah you take the plastic insert out but then after you cant get anymore out of it you can cut it up and there is still even more. I cut mine up and put it in a tendertone jar.

I'm still going strong on mine, and I've only had to take the insert out. Yet, I've noticed I have to use it even more sparingly now since it's a bit "runnier," which I assume is because of the humidity in the bathroom from the lovely summer heat.

    • I am going on a No Buy (replacements only) in January and February. My goal is to pay off a credit card of $140 (accounting for interest, I will need to pay off around $150), and to use up my deluxe sample sized beauty items. The same resolution I have every year, but this time it's different. I'll be paying off the last in a very long series of mini debts I had in my debt snowball, after two years of paying things off. After that I'll be going into a different phase, working on larger debts. Also, I am starting with far, far fewer sample beauty products than I used to, having used so many up in the last two years.  It's exciting, getting to the end of this phase. I'm going to be going through my samples in the next two weeks and getting ready! It's a good way to start the year, with smaller goals and easier wins.
    • Do you like card games? for example poker?
    • Advent calendar: Day 8 - Bright red nail polish - Polish was so easy to apply, and lasted well. I got several compliments on it.  Day 9 - At the Heart of Pine Trees Holiday Shower Gel - a fresh orange scent with a soft wood note.  Day 10 - Apricot body scrub.  Day 11 - Hydrating micellar water.  Day 12 - Plein Soleil Perfume - I love the perfume! It is tuberose with a hint of cardamom, to evoke travels to the East.  Day 13 - At the Heart of Pine Trees matching body lotion.  Day 14 - Mango Coriander Shower Gel.  I've been feeling the pressure of the holidays this month! I've been frustrated, because I have not been able to make progress on paying my credit card off by the end of the year. It's looking like it's not going to happen. I wanted to pay it off by the end of the year just because of perfectionism. Since it was the last in the series of smaller balance debts in my debt snowball, I thought it would be nice to have it done by New Year's Eve and start January with a larger goal. After having a relaxed day (I went to the park for a walk and saw baby deer!), I finally thought of something that made it okay to defer that goal a bit. I realized I won't be finished with my mini beauty products by the New Year either. I have far fewer than in past years, but I'll still have some to get through. I always had the concept of using my mini sample products and paying my smaller debts (the easier goals) and after that was through, I would use up full sized products while paying off larger debts. After thinking of that, I felt it would be okay to make a new plan and give myself January and February to pay my last small bill ($140) while using up the mini products. Then in March I can begin work on larger debts and larger products! I did achieve all of my 2019 New Year's Resolutions, and paid off five credit cards this year, and I'm very happy with that. I'm not going to go on a shopping spree and buy myself a lot of things with credit cards, but I do need to make it through Christmas!
    • I think Makeup brushes are a base for makeup, especially for this set of makeup brushes, highly recommended.
    • To keep a healthy and glowing skin, there are many methods. You can also try a skin tightening RF treatment to smooth skin, apply an oxygen sprayer to keep skin deep moisturizing.
