I'd say pass on the 266. It's too thick to give a really fine line.

I just use a small spotter brush by Loew Cornell which you can buy at any Michael's or craft store. I bought mine for 1.75, not even on sale.

I use either the Bobbi Brown ultra fine liner brush, or the Sephora liner brush.
