Any Water-proof Make Up Recommendations?

Hi,

I'm hoping someone on here can help me.

This is what I'm looking for:

Black cover up/make up that is as water/sweat-proof as they come. I have a an inch in circumference bald spot on my head that I would love to cover up using some kind of make up, but have no idea what to use. Can you guys please recommend something that will not only adhere to my skin but also won't smear in sweat-inducing hot weather. And is...non-toxic?

Not sure if this is something you had in mind, but Benefit Bad Gal waterproof eyeliner is great!

Makeup Forever sells a product called eyeseal, which transforms your eye makeup into waterproof makeup. Maybe you could use that ?
