I'd say the first one, but I'd definitely go with different shoes (really don't like those sneakers). All in all, I'm not entirely wowed by any of the outfits.

because she doesn't look like she's trying to dress like a boy?

the seccond one's not too bad, except i hate those roll up boy fit jeans, and nothing she's wearing matches.
