I have healthy glossy nails..do i still need to use a nail buffer?

Not everyone needs to use a buffer. I generally use buffers on clients that have ridges and dull nail plates. You'd actually be amazed what comes off your nails even when they look relatively shiney. It's also nice to do a light buff before applying nail polish. It gives it a smooth surface.
