Hi, I was just wandering, Do permanent cosmetic companies "tattoo" foundation. I'm referring to all over the face (Forehead, Cheeks, Nose, Chin)???...

Any comments would be appreciated.

I don't think it's a good idea. What if you get darker or lighter than you are now? I think it would look odd.

 
Honestly I would hope not... Your skin color changes very often whether you notice it or not.
