You know, you can get a magnetized palette that will fit MAC pans (12 pans) for $7.95 at Stars Makeup Haven.

I own the 28 slot one and love it, but have yet to try it on MAC pans.

That seems like a bigger increase than normal. They're really trying their hardest to drive customers away, aren't they? lol.

 
Tally, what's the separator made out of on the SMH palettes? Is it that weird foamy stuff, plastic, or paper?

 
I don't have any MAC in my bag and it looks like I will never have any. Raising the price and making things smaller is just dumb. I think their overrated anyways.

 
Hmmm... I've been over MAC a while now... The last thing to interest me were the palettes and piggies... And I've found alternatives for both...

Foamy, and if you pressed eyeshadows, wait until they're all dry to put them inside, because that stupid foam loves the shimmers and glitters.
What i really love about MAC is how they take a good care of their customers. do they really think they can still make us cough up whatever price they decide just for the label ?

 
I know you must be all sick of hearing it, but it's still a hell of a lot cheaper than what we pay in Oz and when compared to what we pay I still find the increased prices you guys have to be reasonable!

I'm going to walk away now before I am shot! lol

With a non-magnetized palette that they sent me complementary, it was made out of foam . So I would guess the magnetized are plastic, and non-magnetized foam.

I knew it!!!!!!!!! When I wrote them, telling them off about the pigment jar stunt that they pulled, I made sure to mention that I knew it was about time for their price increase. If I didn't have a pro card, I'd say F*ck MAC.
