I know my Mineralize e/s has a shimmer vein through it - so the colors are liked baked together. They won't be matte. I think they blend easier, but I'm not real good at applying makeup yet, so that could be user error.
They're mineral eyeshadows, at least they contain more mineral pigments than their regular line, and they're baked. They really are easier to apply imo and their powders called mineralize skinfinish (or MSF) are fantastic.
They tend to have more pigmentation and mica. Also, the mineralize e/s can be applied using a wet brush without damaging the product, whereas if you put a wet brush on a regular e/s it can leave a film on top that hardens.
