What's Your 5 Minute Face?

What are the products you reach for when you're in a rush? Do you have a specific look you know you can pull off in a short amount of time?

Here's my go-to list

Face: R&R TM or MUFE F&B

Blush: NARS Taos or MUFE #1

Eyes: NARS Lola Lola, DiorShow Extase or Blackout

Lips: Whatever is in my purse since I usually apply in the car

I can usually succeed in looking awake (even if I'm totally sleep-deprived) with these products.

My routine is a 5-minute routine. I don't do anything fancy. Just put on a tinted moisturizer, concealer under the eyes and a powder to set. Then I swipe on some blush, a neutral eyeshadow, and fill in my brows. For lips, I just use Burt Bees chapstick. It has a little color to it.

If I ever get it down to 5 minutes I will let you know lol.

But my quick face which is 10 - 15 mins ish is...

Face: L'Oreal Resurfacing Primer, MAC MSFN, Beneft Sugarbomb

Eyes: MAC paint pot Soft Ochre, Bourjois brown liquid liner, Sephora brown pencil liner, Sephora Triple action mascara

Lips: Lip balm

Here's my morning routine :

-Lumiere mineral foundation

-setting powder (arrow root)

-MAC Dollymix as blush

-MAC Mystery e/s to fill in my eyebrows

-Setting spray (Urban Decay All Nighter), this one i just added but i'm already addicted

-lipbalm (Burt's Bees)

-Smashbox O-Gloss

Provided i do not have golf ball eyes :

-UDPP

-one of the following : UD Sellout, MUFE Star Powder #916 (golden pink) or my trusty Extase Pinks Dior palette (the lightest shades).

-UD Zero applied very thinly on the outer half of my upper lid.

-Black mascara (Mosqueta's or L'oreal Voluminous).

I definitely look more awake with a pink shade on my eyelids, it's the most natural color on me.

If I had to do a five minute face, I'll do a natural look. I'll use either a tinted moisturizer or mineral makeup. Curl lashes if I have time or jump into mascara, blush, and lipstick.

Tinted moisturizer. The end, lol.

Maybe sheer light pink blush, but that's my basic.

I try to do less for my face now a days.

Man I wish I could look good with just tinted moisturizer!
My "in a hurry" face is some tinted moisturizer, concealer under the eyes, power, and if needed, light bronzer or blush. For my eyes I'll put a light line of black eyeliner, and mascara. UDPP for a matte finish on my eyes, even if I don't put eyeshadow on. Then just some chapstick on my lips! Yay!

I hate having to rely on a 5 min face if I`m going somewhere where I might run into somebody I know but am not friends with (because all of my friends have seen me without makeup already, and I´m afraid acquaintances will be shocked not to see me with a full face).

Powder: Estee Lauder Double Wear Compact Powder, buffed into the skin with a kabuki brush for more coverage

Concealer under eyes because my dark circles are always horrible

Brow pencil (+brow powder if I have the time)

Bronzer: NARS Laguna (foolproof & a necessity when I forgot to put on self tanner the night before)

Mascara

maybe a bit of black eyeliner on the upper waterline & upper lashline if I have time

So basically I only deal with my skin, as I feel it´s important to have it look as good as possible. In 5 minutes I really only have time for mascara in terms of eye makeup - I apply like 5 coats, which takes time if you wanna avoid clumps

It's not exactly five minutes, but it's the least makeup I feel comfortable with, when I go out. Basically no eyeshadows, primers, lipliner, and lipcolor.

Like Internet Chick I don't have a 5 minute face. But I did do this look today when I was in a rush and it didn't take that long. I used colors from UD Naked palette.

My quick face is actually 10-20 minutes depending on how tired I am.

Eyes:

1. L'Oreal Studio Secrets Primer: Under eye area and on all spots to place concealer

2. ELF Under-Eye Concealer and Highlighter (Under-Eye Concealer part only)

3. ELF Tone Correcting Concealer over blemishes

4. Hard Candy Sheer Envy Tinted Moisturizer mixed with Eyeko Extra Glow 3 in 1 Cream over face and neck

5. Sponge Applicator to pat face all over, paying special attention to areas with concealer

6. Physicians Formula SPF 55 Powder Makeup all over t-zone and neck

7. ELF Mineral Eyeshadow primer on lids

8. ELF under-eye concealer over lids (after primer sets about 3 minutes)

9. ELF Sugar Kiss Eyelash Curler to curl lashes

10. Beauty Rush Soothing Lip Balm

Lol, even my quick routine is a good 10 steps (sometimes I'll add mascara and eyebrows if i'm good on time).

* Studio Fix powder ( with some thermal water)

* Studio finish concealer

* Nyx cream blush orange

* A black eyeliner

* And a lipstick

My work face takes about 10, but a 5 minute face would be:

tinted moisturiser, gloss, one fairly neutral shadow (maybe two - one in the crease), blush, mascara, liner.

So things missing would be - powder, shadow contouring, lipliner and lipstick...

Super super quick face would just be tinted moisturiser and mascara.

mac mineralized skinfinish natural, brow pencil, black winged eyeliner, mascara, and blush. its really simple, but it doesnt make you feel like you have nothing on. i tend to use this routine alot during weekdays when im running late for school xD

i dont really like to wear make up. i sometimes spray on some evian.

I feel like Ive answered this before but I do:

Eyebrows

and sometime of lip product

and sometimes eyeliner.

My 5 minute face would be:

Tinted moisturizer or MMU

eyebrow pencil

black liquid liner - Shiseido fine liner which works like a caligraphy pen with an ink cartridge

lip colour

-if I have time, mascara and blush.
