I found another 3 day diet on the web, with a bit easier things to get beside beetroot juice and cottage cheese.

This plan it is to be used for 3 days at a time. If you follow it correctly you can lose up to 10 lbs. in 3 days . It is a calorie diet, as long as you eat the same amount of calories in any type of food you will lose weight fast. You can switch the diet food around any way you wish or replace the foods you see for another with the same caloric value

This diet reminds me of that Cabbage Soup diet which I've done a few times to drop a few pounds.

 
I started this diet 2 days ago, today is day 3 & I cannot wait to weigh myself tomorrow morning, I don't feel like I have lost anything though. I didn't find myself hungry at all the last 2 days, today I feel the same, I just wanna get on those scales tomorrow morning & see the results
